摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the curative effect and phonetics of micro laryngoscope operation and fiber laryngoscope operation in treating vocal polyps.Methods: One hundred and thirty cases of vocal cord polyp patients in our hospital from 2011 March to 2014 May were enrolled and divided into two groups according to random number table method. Observation group patients received micro laryngoscope operation and control group received YAG laser operation under fibre laryngoscope. Operation situation, phonetics index and quality of life were compared.Results: 1)Operation situation: overall curative effect of observation group was better than that ofn control group, successful rate was higher than control group, recurrence rate was lower than control group; 2)Phonetics indexes: Jitter, Shimmer of observation group were lower than control group, absolute value of NNE was higher than control group; 3)Quality of life: material life, physical health, mental health, social function scores of observation group were higher than those of control group.Conclusion: Overall effect of micro laryngoscope operation is better than fiber laryngoscope operation, improve success rate, reduce recurrence rate and improve voice function; it’s an ideal method in treating vocal cord polyp.关键词
