Abstract
Objective:To improve the standardized management of disposable medical supplies in the clinical departments, to achieve the purpose of facilitating the medical staff and medical cost saving.Methods: We analyzed problems prone to appear during the clinical departments using disposable medical supplies, and took targeted management means like zero inventory management, simple management, functional layout management, clear management, personnel management, template account management and so on.Results: Realized the standardized management of disposable medical supplies in clinical departments.Conclusion: In clinical departments, the standardized management of disposable medical supplies can facilitate the medical staff, reduce unnecessary losses, save medical cost.关键词
