盾叶薯蓣中薯蓣皂苷元的不同提取方法比较研究
Comparison of Different Extraction Methods of Diosgenin from Dioscorea Zingeberensis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To provide foundation for new method and process's optimization and establishment by comparing 5 diosgenin ex-traction methods of Diosgenin from Dioscorea Zingeberensis. Methods The diosgenin yield and purity were set as the indexes,and after standardization treatment,the direct acid hydrolysis(DACP),ladder enzymatic(LEP),composite enzymatic(CEP),prefermentation(PMP)and extraction separation methods(ESP)were compared by the comprehensive evaluation value(W). Results The W of the 5 methods is as follows:LEP>CEP>ESP>PMP>DACP. Conclusion LEP has good effect for extracting the diosgenin from Dioscorea Zingeberensis.关键词
