Abstract
Objective To investigate the stability of Cefepime Hydrochloride Injection and 5-hydroxymethyfurfura (5-HMF)in 2 com-monly used infusion in clinic by HPLC. Methods The HPLC method fordetermination of Cefepime Dihydrochloride Injection and 2 in-jections in their mixed solutions were established,the stability of 5-hydroxymethyfurfura were assayed in the mixture during 8 h. By C18 column chromatography,the mobile phase consisted of methanol and pure water(10 : 90). The flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min and detection wavelength was 284 nm. Results The mass concentration of 5-hydroxymethyfurfura in the range of 0. 512 5-20. 50 μg/mL showed good linear relation with the peak area. Cefepime Hydrochloride Injection was mixed in 10% Glucose Injection and 5% Glucose Sodium Chloride Injection,the average recovery was 99. 94% ( RSD=1. 23% ) and 99. 68% ( RSD=1. 51% ) ,respectively. Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,reproducible,and can be used for the quality control of 5-hydroxymethyfurfura in Cefepime Hydrochlo-ride for Injection mixed with two kinds of infusions.关键词
