摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the efficacy of pitavastatin in treating diabetes patients with hypercholesterolemia. Methods 87 cases of diabetes patients with hypercholesterolemia from May 2012 to May 2014 were selected and divided into research group ( n=44) and control group( n=43). The two groups were given treatments on diabetes and low fat diet,with exercise guidance and oral glucose-lowering drugs or insulin subcutaneous injections. The research group was given pitavastatin orally,and the control received atorvastatin orally. Both groups received treatment of 6 weeks. Results The total effective rate of the research group was 97. 73%,which was obvi-ously higher than 88. 37% of the control group( P < 0. 05). After treatment,the FBG,2 h PG,HbA1C,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C lev-els of the research group had significant differences compared with the control group( P > 0. 05). The incidence rate of adverse reac-tions in the control group was 4. 55% ,which was obviously lower than 16. 28% of the control group ( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Pitavastatin in treating diabetic patients with hypercholesterolemia can not only improve the patients ’ blood sugar levels,correct lipid metabolic disorders,has less adverse reaction,and the efficacy is remarkable,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
