摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the influence of compound Yiganling Capsules on serum prealbumin(PAB)of patients with liver dam-age induced by anti-tuberculosis drugs. Methods 100 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 50 cases in each group. The control group received regular treatment,the treatment group received regular treatment and compound Yiganling Capsules. Results After treatment,the levels of ALT and AST in the two groups significantly increased than before treatment ( P < 0. 05),but the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group( P < 0. 05);the serum PAB and total protein in the two groups significantly decreased than before treatment,but the PAB of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group( P < 0. 05);the total protein of the treatment group had no significant difference than before treatment,but the control group had( P < 0. 05);the percentage of liver damage was 6. 00% of the treatment group,and 10. 00% of the control grou,which had no significant difference( P > 0. 05). Conclusion Compound Yiganling Capsules combined with anti-tuberculosis drugs can reduce the liver damage induced by anti-tuberculosis drugs with less adverse reactions.关键词
