摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effects of soybean lecithin on levels of Glu,GABA and the expression of NMDA receptor subtypes in recovery period of multiple cerebral infarction rats. Methods To establish multi-infarct model rats by injecting embolizing micro-sphere via internal carotid artery,10 d after cerebral infarction,different content of soybean lecithin were given for the treatment for 60 d. The pathological changes of brain ultrastructure were observed and recorded by electron transmission microscope. The expression levels of Glu and GABA of brain tissue were measured and analyzed with HPLC. And the expression of NMDA receptors of each subtypes in-cluding NR1,NR2A and NR2B in neurons was measured by immune histochemical staining. Results Compared with the rats of sham there were some abnormal changes in the ultrastructures of neurons and neuroglia cells and synapses of the model rat,the levels of Glu and GABA decreased significantly,but the expression of NR1,NR2A and NR2B increased significantly. Conclusion Soybean lecithin can improve the ultra structure of cerebral tissue,facilitate synthesis the levels of Glu and GABA,and induce the expression of subtypes of NR1,NR2A and NR2B in neurons,and it has neuroprotective effect.关键词
