摘要

Abstract

Objective To establish a method for determining ephedrine and pseudoephedrine in pinellia syrup by HPLC. Methods Welch Ultimate XB-C18(250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm)column was used. 0. 02 mo/L sodium dihydrogen phosphate was used as buffer (0. 4% Triethylamine,pH=3. 0)- methanol(10 : 90) was used as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1 mL/min. The detection wave-length was at 210 nm. Results The liner range of ephderine and pseudoephedrine were 1. 934 4-92. 85 μg/mL and 2. 481 3-119. 10 μg/mL. The equations of linear regression were Y=0. 888 8 X-0. 067 2,r=1. 000 0 ( n=6 ) and Y=0. 691 1 X-0. 139 6, r=1. 000 0 ( n=6 ) . The average recovery of ephedrine and pseudoephedrine were all > 95. 00% ( n=6 ) . Conclusion This method is simple,can separate the contents completely,and can be used as content determination method of ephedrine and pseudoephedrine in pinellia syrup.
