香菇多糖联合顺铂胸腔灌注治疗恶性胸腔积液42例
Lentinan Combined with Cisplatin Intrapleural Infusion for Treating Malignant Pleural Effusion in 42 Cases

Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of lentinan combined with cisplatin intrapleural infusion in treating malignant pleural effu-sion. Methods 84 patients with malignant pleural effusion were randomly divided into two groups,42 patients in each group. The treatment group was given 6 mg of lentinan combined with cisplatin 60 mg pleural perfusion,the control group was only treated with single agent cisplatin 60 mg pleural perfusion. The two groups received treatment once a week,and 3 weeks for 1 course. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 83. 33%,which was significantly higher than 59. 52% of the control group ( P=0. 016 < 0. 05);the incidence rate of chemotherapy adverse reaction in the treatment group was 42. 86%,which was significantly lower than 64. 29% in the control group ( P=0. 049 < 0. 05);the improvement of the quality of life in the treatment group was 61. 90%,which was significantly higher than 38. 10% in the control group( P=0. 029 < 0. 05). Conclusion Lentinan combined with cisplatin intrapleural infusion for treating malignant pleural effusion has better effct,can reduce the toxic and adverse reactions,improve the quality life of patients significantly,and is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
