Chinese Herbal Medicine Foot Bath and Enema in Treating Chronic Renal Failure (Decompensated Period)of Hypertensive Renal Damage in 50 Cases
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the curative effect of Chinese herbal medicine foot bath and enema combined with western medicine in treatment of hypertensive nephropathy(HN)complicated with decompensated chronic renal failure(CRF). Methods 100 cases of pa-tients were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in the control group,50 cases in the treatment group. The control group used antihypertensive drugs,lipid-lowering drugs for treatment;the treatment group used antihypertensive drugs,lipid-lowering drugs and tra-ditional Chinese medicine foot bath and enema. Results The clinical symptoms of the two groups were improved after 6 months of treatment,but the total effective rate in the treatment group with the Chinese medicine foot bath and enema was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0. 05),the 24 h urine protein,urine routine,SCr,the abnormal rate of BUN,UA and blood pressure of the treatment group were better than the control group( P < 0. 05),the adverse reaction of the two groups was not statistically significant difference( P > 0. 05). Conclusion Chinese herbal medicine foot bath and enema combined with western medicine can reduce and improve the SCr,BUN,UA levels and 24 h urinary protein quantitative,which can control clinical symptoms and protect renal function of patients with hypertension nephropathy chronic renal failure.关键词
