摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Changkang Granules in treating mild to moderate ulcerative colitis. Methods 116 cases of mild to moderate ulcer colitis in the hospital from December 2013 to March 2015 were randomly divided into the experi-mental group and the control group according to the random number table method,58 cases in each group. The control group was treat-ed with sulfasalazine pyrimidine,1 g/time,3 times/day. The experimental group was given 1 bag/time,3 times/day,8 weeks for 1 course of treatment. Results After treatment,the clinical symptoms of the experimental group was (2. 24 ± 1. 64) points,which was obviously lower than(3. 73 ± 1. 82) points of the control group( P < 0. 05);the colonoscopy scores of the experimental group was (2. 73 ± 1. 82) points,which was obviously lower than (3. 50 ± 2. 01) points of the control group( P < 0. 05);the cure rate and total effective rate of the experimental group were 29. 31% and 93. 10% respectively,which were obviously higher than 18. 97% and 68. 97% of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Changkang Granules can improve the symptoms of mild to moderate ulcerative colitis,the efficacy is remarkable,it is safe and worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
