摘要

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of catheter-directed thrombolysis in the treatment of lower limb acute deep venous thrombosis (DVT). Methods Two hundred and six cases of patients with acute deep venous thrombosis were randomly divided into two groups, 120 cases in the treatment group and 86 in the con⁃trol group. Treatments in the former group included inferior vena cava filter protection and multi-channel cathe⁃ter-directed thrombolysis. Patients in contral group had systemic thrombolytic therapy alone. Both groups had the same anticoagulation therapy. The circumferences in normal and affected limbs were measured before and af⁃ter the thrombolysis. The rate of venous recanalization and valvular preservation were eveluated by venography. Results Two limb circumference difference were reduced in the treatment group compared with the control group (P<0.01); The rate of venous recanalization in the treatment group was 69.41 ± 16.15, significantly better than that in the control group (52.38 ± 14.96, P<0.01);and the rate of deep venous valvular preservation in the treatment group was 81.67%, also significantly better than the control group value (56.98%, P<0.01);and no se⁃rious adverse events were occured. Conclusion Inferior vena cava filter implantation combined with Cathe⁃ter-directed thrombolysis for treatment of acute deep venous thrombosis is safe and effective.
