Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of electroacupuncture assistant general anesthesia on hyperalge-sia induced by remifentanil.Methods:80 early stage lung cancer patients who suffered elective lobectomy were randomly divided into a control group ( A) and an experimental group ( group B) with 40 cases in each group from January 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital.Patients in the control group only received general anes-thesia throughout the surgery;patients in the experimental group received electroacupuncture at Neiguan,Quze, Ximen points on the basis of general anesthesia throughout the surgery.After surgery sufentanil and dezocine a-mount,visual blur scores ( VSA) of postoperative pain in patients 0.5,1,2,4,12,48 h were recorded in two groups.Results:The postoperative VSA score, the total amount of sufentanil and dezocine in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P<0 .05 ) .Conclusion:Electroacupuncture as-sisting anesthesia can significantly inhibit hyperalgesia induced by remifentanil.关键词
