针刺结合麦肯基疗法治疗慢性非特异性下腰痛的临床研究
Therapeutic Effect of Acupunture with Mckenzie on Chronic Nonspecific Low Back Pain
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To assess the therapeutic effect of acupunture with Mckenzie on chronic nonspecific low back pain. Methods:The study involved 60 cases with chronic nonspecific low back pain, and they were randomly divided into a combined group and a control group.The control group was treated by acupuncture,and the combined group was treated by acupunture with Mckenzie,1 time a day,5 times a week for 4 weeks.The measures were modified by VAS,Roland-Morris and sEMG before and after treatment.Results:Compared with the control group,the combined group was impoved more significantly(P<0.05) in VAS,Roland-Morris and sEMG.Conclusion:Acupunture with Mckenzie has a better treatment for CNLBP,and can impove lumbar function and relieve fatigue.关键词
