摘要
Abstract
The combination of sci-tech and finance is to promote scientific and technological innovation and industrialization of scientific and technological achievements,the transformation and upgrading of enterprises.Based on the analysis of financial operation mechanism,system structure and the future of science and technology development trend,sci-tech oriented enterprises in the different stages of growth have a big difference on its financing needs and financing ability,and the corresponding financial services should be provided accordingly.Therefore,the future focus of financial development of science and tech-nology is that we will enhance the support in the government policy of science and technology funds, loans to science and technology investment,encourage financial institutions to provide multi-level invest-ment and financing service,build financial service platform of science and technology and the develop-ment of science and technology of capital market.关键词
