摘要

Abstract

Taking 0. 3% urea+0. 3% Potassium dihydrogen phosphate as contrast, two foliar fertilizers were designed and the influence of foliar fertilizers on growth of Phyllitis japonica tissue culture seedlings were investigated by the experiment. The results showed that Phyllitis japonica tissue culture seedlings not only accelerate growth but also enhance growing with the increase of the number of fertilization. Compared with the control,the leaf number, leaf area of treatment 6 had the largest increases after foliage dressing, the difference reached significant level(P<0. 05),followed by treatment 3. The plant height and crown diameter of treatment 5 net income was the biggest,it shows significant difference(P<0. 05). The new bourgeon leaf number and sporangium leaf number of all treatments had no significant changes. The effect of specific leaf weight of treatment 6 is obvious,but all treatments had no significant changes in the late period of fertilization. Comprehensively,the most conducive to growth of Phyllitis japonica was root and seedling promoter 600 times,the second was 1 000 times flowering enzyme bacterial fertilizer+700 times photosynthetic enzyme bacterial fertilizer+10 000 times open the root enzyme bacterial fertilizer.
