长白山刺五加茎化学成分研究
Chemical Constituents in the Stem of Acanthopanax senticosus from Changbai Mountain
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study chemical constituents of Acanthopanax senticosus from Changbai Mountain. Method A. senticosus was extracted by 75% ethanol and partitioned by hexane,ethyl acetate and n-butanol. Ethyl acetate fraction was separated by column chromatography. NMR spectroscopic methods were used to identify the structures of the compounds. Results Five compounds were isolated and identified as coniferaldehyde (1),4-hydroxyl-3,5-dimethoxylbenzaldehyde ( 2 ) , curcasinlignan A ( 3 ) , (-)-balanophonin ( 4 ) , (+)-syringaresinol (5 ). Conclusion Compounds 2-5 were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compounds 3-5 were neoliginans,which were firstly found in this plant.关键词
