缺血性脑卒中脑温度的磁共振波谱研究
On Brain Temperature Changes in the Patients with Cerebral Ischemic Stroke by Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy

Abstract
Objective To monitor brain temperature changes in different brain regions in the patients with cerebral ischemic stroke by magnetic resonance spectroscopy ( MRS ) . Method Fifteen patients with recent cerebral infarction and fifteen healthy volunteers were enrolled. Conventional T2-weighted imaging (T2WI),fluid-attenuated inversion recovery ( FLAIR) and MRS scans were performed at the first week and the eighth week. The chemical shifts of N-acety-L-asparticaca acid in the stroke focus and brain stem were determined. The brain temperatures were calculated according to T=37+100(CSNAA-2. 035),and the changes were analyzed. Results The temperature in ischemic area at the first week was higher than that at the eighth week (P<0. 05). Compared with the healthy group,the temperature in ischemic area of the stroke group at the first week was much higher(P<0. 05). Conclusion MRS can provide information from molecular level for the progress of brain temperature changes and the evaluation of treatment.关键词
