零球差与负球差的非球面人工晶体植入术后视觉质量临床研究
Clinical Study on Visual Quality after Implantation of Zero Spherical Aberration and Negative Spherical Aberration Aspheric Intraocular Lens

Abstract
Objective To comparatively study on corrected visual acuity, contrast sensitivity and wavefront aberrations of cataract patients who were implanted two different spherical aberration aspheric intraocular lens ( IOLs) . And to evaluate visual quality in cataract patients after the implantation of two aspheric intraocular lens to guide IOLs selection. Method A total of 40 cataract patients (64 eyes) who accepted phacoemulsification and aspheric IOLs were enrolled in this study and divided into two groups. In AO group,16 patients (30 eyes) were implanted AKreos Ao Iol (zero spherical aberration aspheric IOL). And in IQ group,24 cases (34 eyes)were implanted Acryof IQ Iol (negative spherical aberration aspheric IOL). After 3 months of follow-up period,the corrected visual acuity,contrast sensitivity and wavefront aberration of the patients in two groups were compared and analyzed by SPSS 16. 0 statistical software. Results Three months after operation,the best corrected distance visual acuity was not statistically significant (P>0. 05). Near vision of IQ group was better than AO group. The comparison on contrast sensitivity in bright environment, dark environment and dark environment surrounded by Peripheral dazzle between the two groups were not statistically different. The wavefront inspection found that,the total spherical aberration (0. 04 ±0. 03) of group AO was higher than that of group IQ (0. 15 ±0. 06),and the vertical coma aberration of group IQ (-0. 13 ±0. 06) was higher than that of group AO (-0. 21 ±0. 07). Conclusion Zero spherical aberration aspheric IOLs retains part of the spherical aberration of cornea which could improve hyperopic visual quality, while negative spherical aberration aspheric IOLs retains some vertical coma aberration which may help for the visual quality of near vision.关键词
