异丙酚在高龄患者胃镜诊疗中应用效果分析
Application Effect of Propofol on Patients over 75 Years Old with Gastroscope Diagnosis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore propofol effect of endoscopic treatment on patients over 75 years old. Method 100 patients over 75 years old were randomly divided into ordinary inspection group ( A ) , propofol group ( group B) ,50 patients in each group. Patients were detected the time and the success rate. Record check oxygen saturation (%) ,systolic blood pressure ( mmHg) ,diastolic blood pressure ( mmHg) ,heart rate ( time/min) . Records intraoperative and enter, endoscopy doctors and anesthesiologists subjective evaluation ( VAS ) throat discomfort,adverse reactions,as well as patient satisfaction. Results The heart rate,systolic and diastolic blood pressure in group A after the inspection increased,minor changes in group B;the least adverse reaction is group B;the highest self feel discomfort and mild discomfort in group A;check time group A with the longest time,Group B is the shortest;the highest number of satisfactory in group B. Conclusion Propofol for gastroscopy can provide satisfactory results, can reduce adverse reactions in people over 75 years old, increase patient compliance,improve patient satisfaction ,it is worth clinical promotion.关键词
