压机参数对纤维板地板基材断面密度分布的影响——以双钢带滚针毯式连续平压机为例
Effect of Press Parameters on Density Distribution of Flooring Substrate Made of Fiber Board——Taking Continuous Pressure Machine with Double Steel Needle Roller Belt as Example

Abstract
The flooring substrate produced by continuous pressure machine with double steel needle roller belt, according to the national standard testing physical and mechanical properties of the flooring substrate,the basic data and process method are put forward. Experiments show that appropriately reducing the pressure of high pressure in the stage of the high pressure and improving the running speed quickly of steel belt can reduce density ratio of core layer of flooring substrate;recommending 14 mm/min the running speed of steel belt;Properly maintaining pressure at the step-down can reduce density ratio of core layer of flooring substrate, increase the density of the core layer. The high pressure is 3. 31,2. 44 MPa,step-down pressure is 0. 89,0. 78 MPa thermal curve;Appropriate moisture content of the slab should be chosen during production of flooring substrate,it is advisable to keep fiber moisture content in 10. 0% ~11. 1%;Hot-pressing temperature is 200 ~210℃. We can produce flooring substrate under the condition of the process that could satisfy the requirement of product quality.关键词
