Abstract
In order to solve the problem of severe fluctuations of color depth in the process of pigment dyeing of cationic cotton , the relationship between modification of cotton and dosage of coating and color yield was stud-ied.Analyzing the experimental data by professional mathematical software , a mathematical formula of the rela-tion about cationic modification degree of cotton (N), the dosage of coating(F) and K/S value(Z) was deduced, which was Z=Z0 +aN+bF +mN2 +pF2 .Based on the mathematical formula , once K/S was determined, it could accurately determine the degree of modification of cotton and then determine the pigment consumption .关键词
