摘要

Abstract

For wide scale MEMS gyroscope,general calibration equipment can’t reach the required speed,so it is not suitable for three-axis position speed turntable to calibrate. This paper presents a new calibration equipment. The new calibration facility is proposed which is suitable for a wind range of micro electromechanical gyroscope cali⁃bration method,and designed with GUI interface. The MEMS gyroscope output mathematical model derived how to get the MEMS gyroscope zero and calibration factor and other parameters. After analyzing of experimental data ,a wind range of MEMS gyroscope calibration device can be calibrated 20 r/s of the wide range gyroscope. This device is simple and easy to implement,and has high application value.
