薄层色谱法评价不同产地土茯苓的品质
Identification of Smilax glabra Roxb.from Different Origin by TLC
摘要
Abstract
Objective]To establish a TLC method for the identification of Smilax glabraR-oxb..[Methods]Astilbin used as indicators,chloroform-methanol-formic acid (4:1:0.05) used as developing agent.[Results]The same color spots were shown in the corresponding position of the Smilax glabra Roxb.from different origin,and the spots were clear.The Rf index was 0.41.[Conclusion]The TLC method is effective for the identification of the Smilax glabra Roxb.,which is simple and reliable.关键词
