The Impact of International Trade on the Different Quality of Labor under the New Normal ——Based on the Perspective of Human Capital

Abstract
The development of China's international trade has entered a new normal , studying the impact of the existing labor ele-ments is worthy . Research on the impact of international trade development on the different quality of the workforce through econometric methods , known that foreign trade has a significant positive effects on the high-quality and medium quality workforce , has a significant negative impact on the low quality workforce , and has maximum influence on high-quality workforce , then international trade develop-ment will be beneficial and enhancing the quality of workforce . Among them , foreign trade export disincentive for high-quality workforce , foreign trade imports , investment in education and foreign investment all play a catalytic role . Therefore , to promote the sustainable devel-opment of international trade , we must improve the technology spillover effect of the import trade , increase investment in high-quality and medium quality workforce and utilize foreign investment in order to pursue international trade development and labor quality match .关键词
