Analysis of Vehicle Tire Rubber by Scanning Electronic Microscope and X-Ray Photoemission Spectroscopy
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To test and comparison analyze the inorganic constituents of vehicle tire rubber by scan-ning electronic microscope and X-ray photoemission spectroscopy. Methods:The tire rubber samples were cleaned with alcohol,and separated out thin layers using scalpel under stereomicroscope,and then tested for inorganic con-stituents using scanning electronic microscope and X-ray photoemission spectroscopy. Results:The elements quali-tative research and quantitative research results showed obvious difference between different types of tire rubber samples and that difference also exist between different layers of the same tire rubber sample. Conclusion:The method can be used to comparison analyze of the inorganic constituents of material evidence such as vehicle tire rubber in judicatory practice after traffic accident,quickly and accurately,with tiny amounts of material.关键词
