摘要

Abstract

As the most promising renewable resource,lignocellulose may replace the existing liquid fuel. Lignin is one of the main components of lignocellulose biomass cell walls and therefore developing high value-added products from lignin will greatly improve the economic efficiency in recycling biomass to energy. This paper reviewed the advantages of the auto-catalytic ethanol refining technology. Compared with other pulping technology,it can not only separate highly active lignin from lignocellulose biomass feedstock,but also attain high-valueco-products,for instance the furfural, oligosaccharide,levulinic acid,formic acid and acetic acid,etc. Simultaneously,the extracting liquor can be recycled. In the review,based on the characteristics of auto-catalytic ethanol refining lignocellulose biomass feedstocks,we introduced the advantages of high value application of highly active lignin separated from the lignocellulose biomassvia autocatalytic ethanol refining. Furthermore, the utilizations of products prepared from the lignin were reported,which provides a new way in large scale development and utilization of lignocellulose biomass lignin in industries.
