新形势下我国城市水污染防治的思考
Reflection of Urban Water Pollution Control in China under the New Situation
摘要
Abstract
Nowadays in cities, population is dense and black odorous rivers which are closely related to the public life exist commonly. Consequently, urban water pollution has become a hottest issue with public concern as well as a key point for overall construction of a well-off society. In this paper, the development course of urban water pollution control is reviewed and the new situation faced now is analyzed. The causes of urban water pollution are understood profoundly. Then, eight measures of water pollution prevention and control concerning water safety guarantee, water conservation, wastewater treatment, diversion, management and operation, reuse, supervision and assessment are proposed, providing reference for quality improvement of urban water environment.关键词
