Analysis and Countermeasures of the Environmental Situations of the Silk Road Economic Belt

Abstract
In this paper, the current regional economic, social and environmental status along the new Silk Road Economic Belt is systematically analyzed. New situations and problems of the environmental protection faced by the new Silk Road Economic Belt are analyzed under the guidance of the development strategy of “One Belt One Road”. Then, countermeasures and suggestions are put forwards including reinforcement of the protection strength of high-function water body and fragile areas along the new Silk Road Economic Belt, strict delineation of ecological red line, strengthening of strategic planning EIA, construction of ecological compensation mechanism and environmental control system so as to enhance the environmental protection during the development process of the new Silk Road Economic Belt.关键词
