摘要

Abstract

A dynamic multi-criteria fuzzy decision-making method based on weighted interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy number correlation coefficients and score function contained transformation parameters is proposed for some situations. It hopes to supplement the insufficiency of the method based on distance measure of IVIFSs. Meanwhile this method reduces the loss of evaluation information by taking into account the influence of hesitancy degree dynamically. Firstly,a non-linear programming model is established based on the maximization of the correlation coefficient between each alternative and the ideal alternative,solving the model to obtain the objective criteria weights. Comprehensive scoring function of each scheme can be obtained by the transformation parameters,discussing the value range of the parameters to realize the dynamic decision analysis. Finally the method is used to evaluate the effectiveness of missile weapon system and to achieve the evaluation of superior and inferior degree of the system.
