摘要

Abstract

The micron-sized Al-MoO3 composites were prepared by a high-energy milling method under the protection of argon gas.The morphology and structure of micron-sized Al-MoO3 were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM),laser particle size analyzer and X-ray diffraction (XRD).The thermal property of the Al-MoO3 composites was analyzed by thermogravimetry-differential scanning calorimetry (TG-DSC).The results show that the Al-MoO3 composites prepared by high-energy milling method are in the form of plate with uniform particle size distribution and the grain size reduces.Compared with original Al powder,the thermal performance of the oxidation reaction of Al-MoO3 composites and air is significantly improved.The mass gain rate and the reaction rate of aluminum increase by 48.4% and 60.8%,respectively.A larger exothermic peak occurs at the temperature of 1 070℃.The maximum heat flow and exothermic reaction enthalpy increase by 160.9 J/g and 4 106.2 J/g, respectively.The activation energy decreases to 297.8 kJ/mol.The oxidation performance of Al-MoO3 composites and air is greatly improved.
