现代针灸教材关于面瘫的“同功穴”分析
Modern acupuncture teaching materials about facial paralysis“analogous point”analysis

Abstract
Objective Through the arrangement of modern acupuncture acupoints indications facial paralysis in the textbooks,sum up the“analogous point”and its regularity of facial paralysis spectrum,provide theoretical basis for the compatibility of acupoints and acupuncture prescription. Methods Based on the network retrieval and manual re-trieval two ways to retrieve 27 attending facial paralysis in the textbooks of modern acupuncture acupoints,analysis of facial paralysis“analogous point”and its regularity,and carries on the frequency,the spectrum analysis,which is, rules,and the acupoints indications. Compared and analyzed the National Standard GB / T30233-2013. Results Through statistical 27 of modern acupuncture and moxibustion indications of facial paralysis in the textbooks 48“anal-ogous points”,subordinate to the meridians to the meridian of Yangming foot,foot Shaoyang bile,hand Yangming,hand yang the Sanjiao is the primarily,acupuncture point which is given priority to with head and neck,upper limb and low-er limb. There will be a frequency in acupoints of 20-27 times,as the primary spectrum,a total of 27 acupoints. To ap-pear frequency in 4-19 times acupoints,as the secondary spectrum,a total of 10 acupoints. There will be a frequency in 1 - 3 times of acupoints,a three-level spectrum and a total of 11 acupoints. Conclusion Attending the National Standard of acupoints in the treatment of facial paralysis of a total of 24,of which 24“analogous with facial paralysis”is consistent,it shows that“analogous point”and the Hational Standard of facial paralysis.关键词
