中医药与哮喘细胞外信号调节激酶通路的关联
Relationship between traditional Chinese medicine and extracellular signal regulated kinase cascade of asthma
摘要
Abstract
Extracellular signal regulated kinase is a signal transduction protein to transfer mitogen signs,which be-longs to mitogen-activated protein kinases. It can activate it’s signal transduction pathway by phosphorylation and par-ticipate in controlling many kinds of cell biological processes,such as cell proliferation,differentiation and more,and take part in mediating bronchial asthma airway inflammation,airway hyperresponsiveness and airway remodeling. what’s more,this pathway is associated with traditional Chinese medicine in terms of inducing condition and pathologi-cal factors. Traditional Chinese medicine can reduce expression level of this protein and hold its phosphorylation to treat asthma.关键词
