癫痫病伴发抑郁症的中西医诊治
Chinese and Western medicine diagnosis and treatment of epilepsy associated with depressive symptoms
摘要
Abstract
Western treatments of epilepsy associated with depression are Carbamazepine,Sodium valproate,Lam-otrigine and Levetiracetam,which also have positive effects on improving patients’moods. SSRIs and antidepressants are the treatment of depression caused by epilepsy,in which Citalopram is the preferred choice. The study of Tradition-al Chinese Medicine demonstrates that Chaihu Shugan Powder and Acori graminei Rhizoma are anti-epileptic and also support positive moods. However,some anti-epileptic medicine could induce depressive disorder,and at the same time, limit the effects on the treatment of depression. herefore,the combination of Chinese and western treatment is highly effective on epilepsy,and the quality of patent’s life could be further improved with less side-effect.关键词
