Abstract
Machine tool is the typical mechanical manufacturing process equipment and the main working machine. It produces a large amount of energy in the process of transferring roughcast into parts. With the increasingly serious problem of energy shortage, energy consumption of machine tools is becoming a hot spot of international concern.Therefore, thisthesis mainly focuses on milling parameter optimizationof CNC milling machine which has been widely applied in CNC machine tool. And proposed thecuttingparameters optimization method based on genetic algorithm.The method with CNC milling machine energy consumption and cost in order to optimize the objective function and constraint conditions determined by numerical control milling machine technical parameters. To obtainthe milling force parametersusing regression analysis method and optimize the parameter model using genetic algorithm.Experimental results show that the use of optimized cutting parameters can meet cutting requirements and achieve lower cutting energy consumption.关键词
