摘要

Abstract

Steel molding mold is the key component of straightening equipment,and which is an important problem of deformation during actual use, and affecting the accuracy of steel pipe straightening seriously. In order to solve the structural problems of the mold, using ANSYS finite element analysis software to build parametric models of steel straightening machine molds,analyzing and studying the static performance of the molds. Based on the analysis results,propose improved and optimized programs,and validated the improved program using finite element analysis. Results showed that the improved mold meet the using requirements well, and the maximum deformation reduced to 5%comparing the deformation of the original structure.
