摘要

Abstract

A separation mechanism utilized the shear failure of a limit sheet under a certain force to achieve successful separation. As the vital section ,the ring-type limit sheet is made of Aluminum in order to ensure the separation successfully under a predetermined force, a accurate design of the ring-type limit sheet must be executed. Based on the actual conditions, utilize the numerical simulation analysis and experimental research methods,confirming the best thickness of limit sheet is 0.4mm. This study provides a reliable basis to solve the practical engineering problems.
