摘要
Abstract
The development of vehicles on the place used for a particular purpose(vehicles on the place) has been changed dramatically since 1995 recognized as special equipment. It’ s been an important issue about how to combine varying inspecting environment with regulations and standards,however,related discussion were rarely reported. This paper listed several issues about inspection of vehicles on the place deserved attention, including variation of recognition about vehicles on the place, delaying of regulations and standards, the operations of inspection methods and the unclearity of responsibility of vehicles on the place running on the road, then some discussions were made,finally advice of our own were proposed.关键词
