Abstract

5 effective fungicides against anthracnose pathogen of Dalbergia odorifera were screened through laboratory toxicity tests from 15 chemicals. They are: Carbendazim, Tebuconazole, Prochloraz, Difenoconazole and Gntaiyang. When their concentrations were diluted 500 times, the inhibitory effects of all 5 fungicides on mycelial growth were 100%, and the inhibition rates on spore germination were almost 100%. These fungicides were then used in experiments of leaf protection and cure treatment against the pathogen. The results showed that the protective effects of all fungicides were more than 50%, of which 500 times Prochloraz and Tebuconazole achieved the better cure effect: 87.59% and 83.10%, respectively. Prochloraz and Tebuconazole were further applied in the field control experiment, and the results showed that 500 times of Tebuconazole achieved the best control effect:79.28%.
