初诊糖尿病患者血尿酸和空腹血糖水平的相关性研究OA
Study on correlation between blood uric acid and fasting blood glucose in patients with newly diagnosed diabetes
目的：探讨初诊糖尿病患者血尿酸和空腹血糖水平的关系。方法选择接受治疗的274例初诊为糖尿病的患者,按性别分为男性组和女性组。对2组患者进行生化检验,比较2组的血尿酸水平,以及2组不同血糖水平患者的血尿酸水平的变化。结果男性组的血尿酸水平高于女性组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。对2组患者进行 Logistic 回归性分析,2组不同空腹血糖均与血尿酸水平具有密切关系,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论初诊糖尿病患者血尿酸和空…查看全部>>
