Abstract
The ground clutter is the main factor of affecting the performance of airborne radar.The sim-ulation of the ground clutter of airborne radar in look-down mode mostly adopts distance-Doppler grid parti-tion and statistical characteristics analysis.To research the ground clutter in particular and real scenes,the ground clutter modeling and simulation of airborne radar is discussed in this paper.Based on DEM data,and the shadow effect for each cell is also judged.Then the ground clutter returned from this specific scene for airborne pulse-Doppler radar can be simulated.The time domain waveform calculation of the ground clutter is realized.By using some different simplified methods,the computation time has been reduced,and the speed of simulation has been improved.关键词
