摘要

Abstract

Based on the corrosion mechanism of grain boundary,corrosion tests were carried out on the conditioning ZG25MnF8 steel under different corrosive solution,corrosive temperature and corrosive time.The method and the influence factors of displaying the original austenite grain were researched.The results show that the grain boundary of ZG25MnF8 steel could be easily distinguished when the corrosive solution was made up of picric acid (3.3 g),sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (1.0 g)and distilled water (95 mL,80 ℃),and the corrosion temperature and time were 42 ℃×1 min,20 ℃×5 min and 20 ℃×7 min.
