摘要

Abstract

In one heating furnace of the solvent deasphalting unit,the corrosion and leakage occurred in the furnace tube of H103 convection chamber.By checking the corrosion situation of leakage positions,the leakage reasons were analyzed from the aspects of the sulfur content of heating furnace gas,exhaust temperature,oxygen content of the flue gas,dust blowing situation,wall thickness monitoring of the furnace tube,and so on.The results show that the corrosion of furnace tube was the result of the interaction of dew point corrosion of flue gas and the under-deposit corrosion.In view of corrosion and leakage reasons of the furnace tube,the corresponding improvement measures were proposed to ensure the safe operation after overhaul.
