Abstract
Fracture Reasons of the chain of submerged chain conveyor were analyzed by chemical composition analysis,tensile strength test,surface hardness test,fracture surface analysis,and metallographic analysis.The results show that the fracture of the chain was caused by intergranular cracks at the welding position after carburizing and quenching.The intergranular cracks decreased the carrying capacity and the working life of the chain,resulting in the fracture after use for more than one month.关键词
