癌症患者住院放化疗期生存质量与家庭功能的调查分析

Abstract
Objective To explore the quality of life and family function of hospitalized cancer patients during or after chemotherapy or (and) radiotherapy and their relationship, to provide an effective intervention for the improvement of family function and survival quality. Methods Three hundred and two cancer patients were investigated by WHOQOL-100 (World Health Organization of Life Assessment) and APGAR (Adaptation, Partnership, Growth, Affection and Resolve). Single factor analysis and Pearson correlation analysis were applied for the analysis of quality of life, family function and their relationship. Results The quality of life of cancer patients was significantly lower than norms in terms of physiology, psychology, independence, spiritual pillar and total survival quality (P<0.05). The total score of perceived family function of patients with different age, treatment methods and professions indicated statistical significance (P<0.05). There was positive relationship among patients ’ physiology, psychology, social relationships, environment, spiritual pillar/religion/belief and total family function ( P<0.05). Conclusion Hospitalized cancer patients during or after chemotherapy or (and) radiotherapy have lower quality of life. Great importance should be attached to family function of young patients, patients with both chemotherapy and radiotherapy and patients from rural areas and the improvement of family cooperation function and growth function will benefit the fostering of patients ’ survival quality.关键词
