蒙药文冠木化学成分的研究
Studies on the Chemical Constituents of Mongolian Drug Xanthoceras Sorbifolia
摘要
Abstract
The chemical compositions of Lignum Xanthocera Sorbifolia Bunge have been studied systematically. The chromatography of silica gel column, prepared thin layer and pharmadex LH-20 column chromatography were used for separation and wave spectroscopy was used for structure identification. There were 4 monomeric compounds sepa-rated from the ethanol exact of Xanthocera Sorbifolia Bunge, including 2α,3β-dihydromyricetin(Ⅰ), quercetin(Ⅱ), (-)-epicatechin(Ⅲ)and Epigallocatechin(Ⅳ).关键词
