蒙药荠菜总黄酮的提取及其抗炎作用研究
Research on the Extraction of Total Flavonoids from Capsella Bursa-pastoris(L.)Medic. and Its Anti-inflammatory Effect

Abstract
Objective:To isolate the total flavonoids from Capsella bursa-pastoris(L.)Medic., and to investigate its anti-inflammatory effect. Methods:The Capsella bursa-pastoris(L.)Medic. underwent reflux extraction with 95%ethanol and the extracts were purified by D101 macroporous resin to obtain the total flavonoids. A various inflamma-tory models, including the ear swelling induced by xylene in mice, the permeability increase of mice celiac blood cap-illary induced by intraperitoneal injection of acetic acid, and the cotton-ball granuloma in mice were used to explore the anti-inflammation effect of the total flavonoids. Results:The total flavonoids were obtained from Capsella bur-sa-pastoris(L.)Medic. with high purity, and it had the significant inhibitory action on mice ear swelling induced by xylene, the increase of mice blood capillary permeability induced by acetic acid, and mice cotton-ball granuloma. Conclusion:The total flavonoids extracted from Capsella bursa-pastoris(L.)Medic. has a strong anti-inflammatory effect, and which is one of the main anti-inflammatory ingredients of Capsella bursa-pastoris(L.)Medic.关键词
