HPLC法测定菊花七味胶囊中羟基红花黄色素A的含量
Determination of Hydroxysaffor Yellow A in Juhuaqiwei Capsules by HPLC

Abstract
Objective: To establish a method for determination of Hydroxysaffor Yellow A in Juhuaqiwei capsule. Methods: Applying reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC), the Hypersil C18 column(250mm × 4.6mm, 5μm)was used, the mobile phase was methanol- 0.5% acetic acid(20: 80), the flow rate was 1.0 mL?min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 403 nm. Results: The calibration curve of Hydroxysaffor Yellow A has good linear relationship within the concentration range from 0.8μg?mL-1 to 32.0μg?mL-1, and the regression equation was A= 23290X- 9400.2(r= 0.9997).The average sample recovery was 100.5% and RSD was 0.73%(n= 6). Conclusion: The method is fast,precise and repeatable, which can be used in the determination of Hydroxysaffor Yellow A in Juhuaqiwei capsules.关键词
