摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of compound glycyrrhizin injection in the treatment of pediatric allergic purpura. Methods:40 cases of pediatric allergic purpura that were treated in our hospital from Janu-ary 2013 to December 2014 were selected, and they were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, 20 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment;the treatment group, on the basis of con-ventional treatment, was given compound glycyrrhizin injection by intravenous drip. The skin purpura regression and recurrence number, joints and digestive tract symptoms disappear time, and kidney damage of the two groups were ob-served before and after treatment. Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group, and there was significant statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion:Compound glycyrrhizin injection can improve the cure rate in the treatment of pediatric allergic purpura, decrease the recurrence rate, shorten the course of the disease and reduce complications, so it is worthy of promotion.关键词
