Research Progress of Diabetes Nephropathy with Iron Overload
摘要
Abstract
Diabetic nephropathy(DN)is one of the major microvascular complications of diabetes mellitus(DM), and the pathogenesis is not yet clear. Studies have shown that iron overload leads to the increase of oxidative stress and inflammatory cytokines. However, oxidative stress and inflammatory cytokines play an important role in the occurrence and development of DN. So, iron overload maybe promote the occurrence and development of DN.关键词
